A General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders to approve the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2010 will be called in first call on 29 April 2011 and in second call on 30 April 2011.
The proposed ex dividend date is 23 May 2011, with the dividend to be paid on 26 May 2011
