Rome, 17 December 2010 – Acea S.p.A announces the signing of the agreement for the dissolution of the joint venture with GdF Suez Energia Italia S.p.A. as described in the press release issued on 25 November 2010.
The transaction is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2011.
Once the necessary due diligence is performed, in consideration of the importance of this transaction pursuant to Art. 71 of the Issuers’ Regulations, Acea S.p.A. will, in accordance with Art. 5 of said Regulations relating to transactions with related parties, prepare a combined disclosure document that will be made available for public consultation within 15 days of the completion of the transaction.
